Refund Policy

Refund Policy

To ensure fairness and transparency in processing refund requests for donations, Tinka Foundation has introduced a donation refund policy as digital payments become increasingly common. While Tinka Foundation expects all donors to exercise caution and diligence when making donations, it acknowledges that errors can occur or donors may change their minds.
Tinka Foundation will consider requests for refunds of donations and make every effort to process them promptly. To do so, it may seek clarification and reasons from the donor and require proof of donation and identity.

However, Tinka Foundation is not obligated to provide refunds and may decline requests for refunds, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued, at its discretion.

If you wish to request a refund, please provide Tinka Foundation’s office with details such as the date, amount, and mode of donation, such as credit card or online payment. This request should reach Tinka Foundation within seven days of the donation date. This can include the date you made the donation online, electronically, or through other means, the date you provided the check or demand draft to Tinka Foundation or a Tinka Foundation-authorized person, or the date you sent the check or demand draft to Tinka Foundation through other means.
Please note that the refund process can take seven to thirty working days, depending on the availability of information from third parties such as payment gateways and banks through which the transaction was processed.
